Initiate Your Return

Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

Prepare the Rug

Carefully roll the rug with the pile facing inward and wrap it in the original protective plastic or equivalent heavy-duty waterproof packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Schedule a Pickup

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the package and schedule a courier pickup or drop it off at an authorized shipping center.

Inspection and Refund

Once our artisans inspect the rug to ensure it is in its original, unaltered condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
